Cookie Dough No-bake Oatmeal

  • 1 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or vegetable drink)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)
  • 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

Garnish

  • Plain (or vanilla) Greek yogurt
  • Hemp seeds
  • VERIFRUIT chocolate-covered strawberries and blueberries

PREPARATION

Pour all the ingredients for the no-bakeoatmeal into a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12hours.

 

The next day, divide into pretty glassesand top with yogurt, hemp seeds and VERIFRUIT strawberries and blueberries.
